The Snow Centre offers a range of snowsports activities for the whole family, whether you're getting ready for a trip to the snow covered slopes of a snow resort or you just want to get your snowboarding fix closer to home. Thanks to our excellent family snowboarding lessons, you can be sure you’ll all be learning to snowboard with confidence at The Snow Centre.
Snowboard with family
Whether you’re taking family snowboard lessons to learn a new hobby as a family or just looking to polish and nurture your or your children's existing talent, our private snowboard lessons are a great way to have fun as a family. To ensure you get the most out of your lessons, you’ll have your own instructor who’ll make sure you have long-lasting, snow fun memories.
Family Snowboarding Lessons
Our family snowboard lessons are for groups of one to five people, aged three years up to adults, who are at the same level. Private family snowboarding lessons are available for complete beginners through those who are proficient on our Main Slope.

You will get the most out of your family's snowboarding lessons if you are all at a similar level. Please select the correct level based on the level of the person with the lowest ability in your group; your instructor will progress the lesson at the rate of this person. Family Lift Passes
If you’re a family of competent snowboarders, you can challenge yourselves on our 160m Main Slope. We've got a range of Lift Passes available, from one hour to six hours, and you can enjoy the ultimate family snow activities.

Family Snow Activities
You don’t have to go snowboarding to have a great time at The Snow Centre. Along with our family snowboarding lessons, we have plenty going on to keep you sliding. With Ringo Slide sessions, we’re sure you’ll love whizzing down the slope together.
Family and Friends Ringo Slide
Whizz, slide, and spin down our Ringo Slide, the perfect way to spend a day at The Snow Centre. Available for groups of children aged four years and up, it is an ideal family activity.

The booking includes snow boots and a helmet. Don't forget to bring your own gloves and wrap up warm! If you don’t have gloves, they’re available to purchase for £12.
Have you got your snow essentials?
Your session includes a snowboard, boots, and helmets, and we recommend wearing warm, waterproof clothing. Thick socks and gloves are mandatory on the slopes. If you don't have your own, we offer clothing hire—just £7 for one item or £12 for both a jacket and trousers. Gloves and socks are available to purchase for just £12 for gloves and £6 for socks.
Snow essentials can be added when you make your booking or at reception when you arrive, so make sure to get the essentials and then head out for all kinds of family snow activities.
