Kids Ski Coaching For All Levels
If your child is showing a passion for skiing, has already been through their Kids Ski Lessons, and is ready for the next step, or just wants to improve their skills, then our Kids Ski Coaching may be exactly what they are looking for. Our Kids Ski Coaching sessions are open sessions that see a coach on the slope actively offering coaching tailored to what your child wants to work on.
At The Snow Centre, we offer two year groups that each offer different experiences depending on the quality of the skier. 4-6 years of ski coaching can be undertaken by Level 6 skiers, as well as offering a Skills Development Coaching option for skiers at a more advanced level who are looking to take that next step.
Our second coaching group is for years 7-16 with Level 6 skier classes and also the more advanced Skills Development Coaching classes for honing skills. Whichever coaching class your child undertakes, they will be taught by an experienced coach who is perfectly suited to help your children develop their skiing ability and be ready for the slopes.
When taking a Kid's Ski Coaching lesson, they will be provided the following equipment:
- 1 hour 30 minute long lesson
- Skis, Boots, a Helmet and Poles
4-6 Years Kids Ski Coaching
4-6 Years - Level 6
During this Kids Ski Coaching lesson, the instructor will guide your child through multiple sessions aimed at developing their performance, including their technique and how they handle skiing on varied terrain, as well as fixing any small errors such as their skiing posture or improving their steering skills.
The class will also look to introduce a variety of turn shapes and allow them to enjoy high speed skiing.

Junior School Holiday Camps

4-6 Years - Skills Development Coaching
The Skills Development Coaching Group Lesson is for if your child can already ski confidently and is looking to further develop their skiing skills. Our Skills Development Coaching is not for children looking to learn new skills or move to the next level; it is simply for honing the skills your child possesses so they can ski at a high level comfortably.

7-16 Years - Level 6
During the Level 6 Kids Ski Coaching, the coach will guide your child through multiple sessions to target their ongoing performance and help them take the next step in their technique, such as riding over varied terrain, fixing small errors such as their posture when skiing, or improving their manoeuvrability, such as their turning skills.
Our friendly coaches will ease your child into more advanced skiing by introducing varying turn shapes and allowing them to freely enjoy the exhilarating speed of high level skiing.

The Skills Development Coaching Group Lesson is perfect for kids who are looking to hone their skiing skills rather than develop new ones. If your child has completed the Kids Ski School Programme or skis confidently at a high level, then the Skills Development Coaching class is the perfect way to help them ski with full confidence.

Find Your Ski Essentials At The Snow Centre
When you purchase a Kids Ski Coaching lesson, your child will receive a pair of skis, poles, boots, and a helmet included with the fee. To ensure your child remains comfortable and warm throughout the lessons, you are advised to dress them warmly in waterproof clothing with thick socks. Gloves are mandatory on the slope, but do not worry if you do not have a pair, as they are available to purchase for £12.
At The Snow Centre, we offer our own clothes hiring service to allow you to rent any missing items for £7 per item or £12 for jackets and trousers. Socks are able to be purchased for £6, and any of our snow essentials can be added during the time of your booking or at reception when you arrive.
