The Snow Centre Car Wash

Our car wash is available 7 days a week in the convenience of The Snow Centre car park. Drop your keys, and leave the rest to us while you enjoy the facilities at The Snow Centre. Prices start from just £8 per car.

Disability Snowsport UK

We are proud to work in partnership with Disability Snowsport UK who provide adaptive ski lessons to anyone with any disability. Our specialist adaptive instructors can provide 1:1 tuition or Group Lessons and our adaptive equipment ensures that everyone has the opportunity to access Snowsports. Through snow sports coaching, Snowbility develops talent, confidence and passion for those with additional needs or rehabilitation challenges, as well as for their carers and families. Snow-Camp

We are proud to work in partnership with youth charity Snow-Camp, who run all their UK courses at the Snow Centre. Snow-Camp is an innovative youth charity that uses a unique combination of skiing, snowboarding and life-skills programmes to support inner-city young people. Their accredited programmes take young people from beginner right through to Snowsport England Level 1 instructor – offering young people a fantastic opportunity to engage in snowsports, develop as individuals and gain qualifications. Snow-Camp also provide vocational opportunities and work experience placements for young people within the snowsports industry and Hemel is proud to have supported this programme over recent years. Warren Smith Ski Academy

The Warren Smith Ski Academy is famous for its level of experience at training ski instructors and performance skiing athletes. Over the past 10 years, more than 500 ski instructors have benefited from coaching at the Academy. Our Gap Year Ski Instructor course consists of 9 weeks residence in the prestigious resort of Verbier, Switzerland. The course includes the Level 1 and Level 2 IASI ski instructor exams and also the L1 Freestyle Coaching award.

“Easy access from M1. Plenty of parking, simple registration, and quick service to collect skis, boots etc. Both lifts serving the main slopes worked faultlessly and although the session was quite busy I felt the slopes were quite free of other skiers & classes. I particularly liked the snow conditions and at the end enjoyed the amazing cafè overlooking the slopes. Reasonably priced menu. All told an excellent start to our skiing this year.”
