Adult Skiing Lessons

(ages 17+)

At The Snow Centre, we offer Adult Ski Lessons in London for those who are interested in taking up the sport. Whether you’re a complete newbie to skiing or you know a few things already, these lessons will be ideal for you. You can choose from group or private skiing lessons.

Adult Snowboarding Lessons

(ages 17+)

If you’d prefer to hop on the board then you can do that with us. Book yourself in for Adult Snowboarding Lessons in London and choose to be part of a group or select a private lesson.

Junior Skiing Lessons

(age 4-16)

If your child would like to join you at The Snow Centre, we can cater to them too. Book your child (or children) onto our Junior Skiing Lessons online now. Like the adult sessions, you can choose either a group or private lesson.

Junior Snowboarding Lessons

(age 4-16)

If your little one is ready to take on the slopes on a snowboard then book them in for group or private Junior Snowboarding Lessons today. If they’re aged between 4 and 16, this is the set of lessons for them.

Private Lessons

(3 years to Adult)

If you’re simply interested in Private Lessons – for skiing or snowboarding – so you can master the skills to take on the slope, you can do so with ease. We offer private, one-to-one lessons so you can get the best possible training from our experts.

Family Lessons

(3 years to Adult)

If your whole family is excited to take up skiing or snowboarding then you can all do it together at The Snow Centre! Simply book yourselves on to our Family Lessons and get started.

Lessons FAQs

Q. What do we need to bring?

A.

Bring your reference number with you to speed up your check-in, or beat the queues by using our fast-track check-in machines. If you've had a lesson before, please bring along your achievement card that you would have received after your previous lesson. We also recommend you wear warm waterproof clothing and thick socks. Plus, gloves are compulsory for all snow activities. Clothing can be hired for £8 for one item, or £14 for two items, gloves can be purchased for £10 and socks for £5.

Q. How many people will be in my lesson?

A.

Our Group Lesson sizes are different depending on the age group of the lesson, and the discipline.

 

  • 4 years - Maximum of 5 (skiing only)
  • 5 - 6 years - Maximum of 6 (skiing only)
  • 7 - 10 years - Maximum of 8 for skiing & 4 for snowboarding
  • 11 - 16 years - Maximum of 10 for skiing & 6 for snowboarding
  • Adult (17 years+) - Maximum of 10 for skiing & 6 for snowboarding (8 for Beginners Snowboarding Days)

Q. Can I stay on the slope after my lesson?

A.

If you've passed Level 5, congratulations! You can buy a lift pass after your lesson to continue your time on the Main Slope! If you aren’t at the level you would need to continue your learning journey before you can ski or snowboard independently.

Level 3
I can do basic snowplough turns

We offer a large range of Adult Skiing Lessons, Junior Skiing Lessons and Family Skiing Lessons so there is something for everyone. You can take your pick, from the ‘we’re all in it together’ Group Lessons to the personal one-on-one style of our Private Lessons.

Plenty of parking, simple registration, and quick service to collect skis, boots etc. Both lifts serving the main slopes worked faultlessly and although the session was quite busy I felt the slopes were quite free of other skiers & classes. I particularly liked the snow conditions and at the end enjoyed the amazing cafè overlooking the slopes. Reasonably priced menu. All told an excellent start to our skiing this year.”
