Making a Booking

At The Snow Centre, we’re serious about fun. To ensure everyone has the best visit, we have some information and terms detailed below. By making a booking at The Snow Centre you have accepted our Terms and Conditions.

Bookings must be made in advance via our website www.thesnowcentre.com, by calling our Manchester team on 0161 749 2222, or calling our Hemel Hempstead team on 01442 241321.

For refunds and cancellations see the section below.

Corporate, Schools & Party Booking conditions see below.

General Information

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time of your activity. This will give time to park, check-in, get changed and collect your equipment safely.

If you are running late we will do our best to get you on the snow, however if you are more than 15 minutes late for your snow activity, admission may be refused due to compromised enjoyment of others in your session, slope capacity or instructor availability. In these instances, we are not obliged to give a refund or transfer.

Gloves, helmets, full-length trousers and long-sleeved tops must be worn by everyone taking part in a snow activity. It is recommended that clothing is warm and waterproof. Gloves and socks can be purchased on arrival using card and contactless payments.

Anyone participating in a lesson must be booked into the correct level and age groups. Not booking the correct level and age group compromises the enjoyment of all participants in the group and may result in your lesson being curtailed.

The Trainer and Beginner Slopes are allocated for skiing and snowboarding lessons led by our instructors only. It is not permitted to teach friends or family members on our small slopes.

The Snow Centre reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a person’s snow activity without giving a refund. Levels on lessons may be combined without prior notice.

All recreational skiing and snowboarding Lift Passes will take place on the Main Slope. Snow conditions may vary due to the time of day and the usage of the slope. You cannot use the Trainer or Beginner Slope for Recreational Lift Passes.

There may be times when the slope is closed or an area is sectioned off to prepare for an event. The slope may also be closed when an event is taking place. We always recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment. Please check online or call our Manchester team on 0161 749 2222, or call our Hemel Hempstead team on 01442 241321 for up-to-date information.

The Snow Centre accepts no responsibility for personal injury, or loss, or damage to personal property which may occur whilst on The Snow Centre premises.
