Freestyle Academy.

These two-hour sessions during Thursday Freestyle nights, between April and December, are designed for those seeking to start or enhance their freestyle skills.

 

You’ll need to be comfortable and confident turning from the top of the main slope. During the session, the coach will spend time developing skills and techniques both on and off the park. For sessions with mixed abilities, the coach will tailor parts of the lesson to each individual to ensure that everyone gets the most out of the session. The session aims to develop guests’ confidence, whether that’s learning your first trick or mastering your next.

 

With sessions separated into junior (7-16) and adult (17+), our specialist Freestyle Coaches will tailor each session to your needs.

Give it a Go - Freestyle Lift Passes

Grab yourself a Lift Pass for one of our Freestyle Thursday sessions and you can give the park a go, practicing your skills in a safe and monitored environment.

If your ski or board skills meet our minimum recreational standard for Main Slope, head out onto the park between 6pm and 10pm with a lift pass, where we will have an experienced Freestyle instructor out there, offering hints and tips as you ride.

Freestyle sessions are most Thursday evenings from 26th February through to December, and we have our Freestyle party nights – Full Park Fridays – over the summer too. We often have guest brands and athletes join us for our Freestyle sessions, so keep an eye on our socials or on our freestyle events calendar to stay updated.

Whether you’re 6 or 60, just starting out or looking to hone your skills, accelerate your learning whilst saving big – with a pack of three or six lessons at The Snow Centre Hemel Hempstead.

 

On sale until the 30th June 2026 and valid on group lessons up to the 30th August 2026 – don’t miss out on the best value lessons available. Enjoy up to 6 or 12 hours of tuition during three or six Group Ski or Snowboard Lessons, available midweek and weekends, daytime or evening, so you can choose the lesson that fits with you.

 

Choose between Adult or Kids packs, three or six lessons and whether you would prefer your lessons midweek or at any time of the week.
