Personal Data We Collect

• Payment data – card/payment instrument numbers & security codes
• Booking Information – what you booked, date/time, amount paid, method
• Online Activity – cookies, device info, location, how you use the site

• Measurements – height, weight, age, shoe size
• CCTV – images on premises
• Communications – calls, letters, emails, messages
• Social Media – usernames when interacting with us
• Incidents – records of any incidents/accidents

We may collect limited medical information where needed for safety (e.g. during lessons or first aid). These are stored securely and separately, and may be retained for legal purposes if required.

We don’t use your data for automated decision making. Profiling is only used to tailor communications where you've opted in or consented.

Log into your account & update details. To get full records, contact us (may require ID). We respond within one month. Fees may apply only in special cases (if request is manifestly unfounded or excessive).
