How you earn points

• Annual Individual and Family Members can earn 5 Rewards Points for every £10 spent on qualifying snow activities at The Snow Centre Hemel Hempstead or Manchester.
• Qualifying activities are Lift Passes, Monthly Passes, Lessons, Coaching and Snow Fun.
• Points are based on the amount paid, after any Membership, promotional or other discounts have been applied.
• Points are added to your Membership account after the activity has taken place, not when it is booked or purchased.
• You can earn points when buying qualifying activities for yourself, other Members or non-Members, including friends and family.
• For Family Memberships, qualifying purchases made by any linked Member contribute to the same family points balance.
• Points cannot be transferred between Members and have no cash value.

How you get your £20 vouchers

• Every time your Membership account reaches 100 points, you'll receive a unique Reward Code by email within 24 hours which you can use to claim a £20 voucher, and the 100 points will be deducted. 
• If you earn enough points for more than one voucher, you'll receive a separate Reward Code for each £20 voucher. For example, 235 points will give you two £20 vouchers, with 35 points remaining.
• For Family Memberships, Reward Codes are sent to the email address of the person who registered the Membership.

Using your vouchers

• Reward codes are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued.
• Each code can be used once to activate a £20 voucher, which is then valid for 12 months.
• Reward codes can be shared with someone else, but once a code has been used to activate a voucher, it cannot be used again.
• £20 vouchers can be used against purchases made online, over the phone or on-site, including snow activities, clothing rental and clothing purchases, and can be used against the full eligible basket value.
• Vouchers are applied after any other applicable discounts or promotional offers, and multiple vouchers can be used in the same transaction.
• Vouchers cannot be used to pay for food or beverages at The Lodge Bar and Kitchen.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or money on account, or transferred once activated.

If your Membership ends

• Any points you've already earned remain on your account if your Membership expires or is cancelled.
• You won't earn additional points while you're not a Member, but you can start earning again if you renew your Membership.
• Any Reward Codes or vouchers you've already received remain valid until their normal expiry dates.

A couple of other things to know

• Points are only awarded once the relevant activity has been taken. If an activity is cancelled before it takes place, no points will be awarded.
• The Snow Centre reserves the right to correct errors, or withhold or cancel points or vouchers where the Rewards Scheme has been misused or used fraudulently.
• We may change or withdraw the Rewards Scheme or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary. Where possible, we'll give reasonable notice of significant changes.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Each of our agreements with the third-party Snowsport brands included in The Snow Centre Annual Membership programme is subject to change at any time. The Snow Centre reserves the right to remove any offer or discount from our third-party brands without warning. Should this be necessary, we will endeavour to replace the offer or the brand with an alternative as soon as possible.

As each brand offer is different, with differing conditions or restrictions – full terms and conditions for the specific brand offer can be found on the brand pages, accessible via the individual links in the ‘SNOWSPORT BRANDS MEMBER EXCLUSIVES’ section above.

The Snow Centre is providing access to the brand offers via email only. The mechanisms for members to claim the discount may change periodically (codes or website links for example). Changes will be communicated by email to all The Snow Centre Members with active memberships at the point of the change happening.

Any transaction between an annual member and a third-party brand occurring as a result of The Snow Centre Annual Membership communications is strictly between the member and the third-party brand. The Snow Centre accepts no liability for losses or issues that may arise between the member and the third-party brand.
