Ensuring that our Snow Park facilities are safe for people of all ages is of utmost importance. Each of our activities is staffed by personnel who maintain vigilance and adherence to the rules, ensuring everyone stays safe as they enjoy some wintery fun.
On arrival, we recommend having your booking reference on hand, which can be found in your booking confirmation email. Tickets can be collected from the guest services desk or from the self-service ticket machines situated near reception. If your booking confirmation has a QR code, you can scan it at the self-service machines to check in.

You can bring your own gloves or purchase a pair on-site. Jackets, trousers and boots are not included in the cost of your ticket.
We have changing cubicles and lockers available for storing your belongings. Each takes a £1 coin or a locker token, which is returnable.
You can bring your own helmet if you have one, or you can rent one when you get here at no extra charge. You can also purchase a helmet on-site.
