With a lift pass at The Snow Centre Manchester, you can glide down the Main Slope as often as you like. Our hourly lift passes offer from one hour, up to six hours of exhilarating skiing or snowboarding action. REQUIREMENTS TO USE THE MAIN SLOPE.

To use your lift pass here at The Snow Centre Manchester, there are minimum standards you must meet. We ask that you:

  • Wear the correct clothing.
  • Wear a helmet.
  • Can control your speed and direction.
  • Stop safely.
  • Are comfortable with variable piste conditions.
  • Can link your turns.
  • Are able to use the button lift without assistance.

Is there an Event on which will affect the Main Slope?

From time to time we run exciting events on our slope, from freestyle competitions to race competitions.

When we run these events we sometimes restrict the slope access, which means only a certain amount of the slope will be available to use for Lift Pass users

Events that will affect the Main Slope*:

  • Saturday 18th April- The Main Slope will not be available from 1PM due to a Freestyle event.
  • Sunday 19th April- The Main Slope will not be available all day due to a Freestyle event.
  • Saturday 2nd May- The Main Slope will not be available from 1PM due to a Ski Racing event.
  • Sunday 3rd May- The Main Slope will not be available all day due to a Ski Racing event.
  • Thursday 14th May– Due to an Exclusive event, the Main Slope will not be available between 2pm to 5pm.
  • Saturday 23rd May- The Main Slope will not be available from 1PM due to a Ski Racing event.
  • Sunday 24th May- The Main Slope will not be available all day due to a Ski Racing event.
  • Monday 25th May- The Main Slope will not be available until 12PM due to an External Race camp.
  • Tuesday 26th May- The Main Slope will not be available until 12PM due to an External Race camp.
  • Saturday 13th June- The Main Slope will not be available from 1PM due to a Ski Racing event.
  • Sunday 14th June- The Main Slope will not be available all day due to a Ski Racing event.
  • Monday 29th June- The Main Slope will not be available all day due to a Ski Racing event.
  • Saturday 4th July- The Main Slope will not be available from 1PM due to a Ski Racing event.
  • Sunday 5th July- The Main Slope will not be available all day due to a Ski Racing event.
  • Monday 20th July- The Main Slope will not be available until 12PM due to an External Race camp.
  • Tuesday 21st July- The Main Slope will not be available until 12PM due to an External Race camp.
  • Saturday 8th August- The Main Slope will not be available from 1PM due to a Ski Racing event.
  • Sunday 9th August- The Main Slope will not be available all day due to a Ski Racing event.
  • Monday 17th August- The Main Slope will not be available until 12PM due to an External Race camp.
  • Tuesday 18th August- The Main Slope will not be available until 12PM due to an External Race camp.
  • Monday 21st September- The Main Slope will not be available all day due to a Ski Racing event.

Spend as long as you need enjoying all that the Main Slope has to offer, and enjoy savings when you pre-book, available April - December. So long as you meet our Main Slope requirements, you can tackle the slopes on your own.

Your lift pass includes skis or a snowboard, boots and a helmet. You can bring your waterproof jacket, trousers, gloves and warm socks, or you can hire a jacket and trousers, and purchase gloves and socks from us.

OUR HOURLY LIFT PASSES.

We offer a fantastic selection of hourly lift passes at The Snow Centre Manchester, ranging from adult passes to junior and family passes. You can choose from peak or off-peak times, including midweek, weekend, and holiday periods. Whether you’re just dropping by for an hour of slope action or spending the day flying on our Main Slope, our hourly lift passes are perfect for all your needs.

Hourly Lift Passes

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW.

  • We have changing cubicles available & Lockers are available to store your belongings, which take a £1 coin or a locker token. These are returnable.
  • We offer accessible changing facilities for those who require them.
  • Aim to arrive 45 minutes to an hour before the start time of your lift pass, to give ample time to get prepared.
  • Price of your lift pass still includes boots, skis, poles, or a snowboard and a helmet
  • Gloves are compulsory – you can bring your own or purchase a pair on-site.
  • Helmets are mandatory – you can bring your own if you have one, or you can rent or borrow when you get here at no extra charge. You can also purchase a helmet on site.
  • Age restrictions still apply.

Upon arrival, please have your booking reference available (you can find this on your booking confirmation email). You can collect your tickets from the Guest Services desk or from the Self-Service ticket machines situated near Reception. If your booking confirmation has a QR code, you can scan it at the self-service machines to check in.
