Monthly Lift Passes.

Our monthly lift passes are ideal for skiers and snowboarders who want to get on the Main Slope multiple times each month. As a monthly pass holder, you can book a two-hour lift pass each day and come as many times as you want to during that month for one low price. Choose from adult, junior, and family passes and you’ll get 30% off selected ski lessons and snowboard lessons too, plus a 10% discount in The Lodge Bar and Kitchen. Ideal for honing your skills on the slopes and enjoying some snow time throughout the month.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  • Your Monthly Lift Pass will take up to an hour to activate. Any lift passes booked at this time may not be discounted and may be chargeable.
  • The Snow Centre's standard cancellation policy applies.
  • The Monthly Lift Pass is valid for the named calendar month. 
  • You must pre-book your passes to avoid disappointment, ensuring you are assigned to the relevant passes to gain the Monthly Lift Pass discount.
  • You may only pre-book up to 2 hours a day. If you require any additional time, please visit Guest Services on the day of your visit. If capacity has not been exceeded, we will book you a further 2 hours.
  • Any additional passes booked may be cancelled to allow for the effective use of capacity.
  • When you pre-book online, the rest of the day will show as “unavailable” on the booking calendar.
  • Only the person assigned to the Monthly Lift Pass can redeem and use Lift Passes booked using the Monthly Lift Pass.
  • In the event of misuse of the Monthly Lift Pass, The Snow Centre reserves the right to cancel your passes without notice or refund and revoke the monthly lift pass.
  • The Monthly Lift Pass does not include Events, club sessions or any Lift Passes required for use with external courses.

REQUIREMENTS TO USE THE MAIN SLOPE.

To use your lift pass here at The Snow Centre Hemel Hempstead, there are minimum Main Slope standards you must meet. We ask that you:

  • Can control your speed and direction.
  • Stop safely when required.
  • Are comfortable with variable piste conditions.
  • Perform controlled linked turns.
  • Are able to use the button lift unassisted.
  • Wear the correct clothing.
  • Wear a Helmet.

Remember to book your slope time

Enjoy a two-hour lift pass every day of the month, at no additional cost, with a Monthly Pass. Remember that you still need to book that two-hour lift pass to ensure we have space on the slope. After your two-hour session, extend your thrill on the slopes and book another session with your Monthly Pass. Subject to slope availability.

Here at The Snow Centre Hemel Hempstead, our monthly lift passes are ideal for snow-obsessed skiers and snowboarders to spend as much time as they want enjoying the slopes and facilities. If you have completed Stage 5 of our ski lessons or snowboard lessons, or are confident you meet our Main Slope minimum required standard, then our monthly passes offer weeks of unlimited joy.

Lift Passes

Prebook before the start of the month.

Prebook your Monthly Lift Pass before the 1st of the month and get a 10% discount.

 

IMPORTANT: Once you have pre-booked your zero-cost two-hour lift pass online using your monthly pass, the booking calendar will then show the day as unavailable, as you have used your two-hour pass for that day.

 

Should capacity be available on the day, you can book more time at the Guest Services desk after your first lift pass has finished

  • Sign in to the account that your Monthly Lift Pass has been purchased on.
  • Choose the lesson you were looking to book and click check availability
  • When the session is added to the basket, the 30% should automatically be deducted.
  • Continue to book as normal.
  • Sign in to the account that your Monthly Lift Pass & Membership were purchased on.
  • Select the lesson you wish to book and click 'Check Availability'.
  • On the pop-up, select your membership and click Add Member.
  • When the session is added to the basket, the 30% discount should be automatically deducted.
  • Continue to book as usual.

We’re excited to introduce our new digital Monthly Lift Pass cards, giving you easy access to discounts at The Lodge. Simply add your membership card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to enjoy your benefits.

How Do I Add My Card to Apple or Google Wallet?

  • Log in to your The Snow Centre account.
  • Go to the “My Membership” tab in your account and click “Membership Details”.
  • Click the “Add to Wallet” button underneath your Membership.
  • If you have multiple memberships, such as a The Snow Centre Membership and a Monthly Pass, or Memberships linked to your account for family members, you’ll need to add each one individually.
  • Have the pass ready when you arrive at The Lodge for your discount!
  • Discounts in The Lodge are only available during the month your Monthly Lift Pass is valid for.

PLEASE NOTE: Your Apple or Google wallet Monthly Pass or Membership digital card does not permit access to the slope, you will still need to book your Lift Pass and check in on arrival as usual to get your time on Main Slope.
