About the Role.
As a Snow Patrol Team Member, you'll help guests feel confident, prepared and excited for their time on the snow.
Your role will span the entire guest journey, from issuing clothing and equipment in the Changing Village to operating the ski lift and supporting the safe operation of the Main Slope. You'll help guests get slope-ready, answer questions, provide clear guidance and ensure everyone is ready to make the most of their visit.
Safety is at the heart of everything we do, so you'll always be alert, approachable and ready to support both guests and colleagues. Whether you're welcoming first-time skiers, assisting experienced riders or helping keep the slopes running smoothly during busy sessions, every day brings something different.
No previous ski or snowboard experience is required. We'll give you all the training and support you need to become a valued member of the team.

Requirements.
Contract: No Fixed Hours | Seasonal Contract
Location: The Snow Centre Manchester
You'll need:
- Availability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and during busy holiday periods.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- A passion for creating memorable experiences.
