About the Role.

As a Guest Services Team Member, you'll be the friendly face and voice of The Snow Centre Manchester.

From managing bookings and responding to enquiries by phone, email and social media, to welcoming guests at reception and providing expert advice on our products and experiences, you'll ensure every interaction leaves them smiling and excited for their visit.

You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, seriously fun environment, ensuring guests of all ages and abilities feel at ease, excited, and ready for adventure.

Requirements.

Contract: No Fixed Hours | Seasonal Contract
Location: The Snow Centre Manchester

You'll need:

• Availability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and during busy holiday periods.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• A passion for creating memorable experiences.
