Competition Overview
The 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway is run on The Snow Centre’s official Instagram and Facebook pages. Each day, a Christmas-themed question will be posted. Participants who answer the question correctly will be entered into that day’s prize draw.

Eligibility
The Competition is open to UK-based entrants only.
There is no age restriction; however, entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to accept a prize.
Employees of The Snow Centre may enter; however, to ensure fairness and transparency, the Promoter reserves the right not to award prizes to team members.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must comment with the correct answer on the relevant post.
Each daily competition will close at 7:00pm (UK time), as stated in the post caption.
Only entries submitted before the closing time will be valid.
No purchase is necessary to enter.

Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all valid correct entries for each day.
The Snow Centre's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Announcement & Claiming Prizes
Winners will be announced by The Snow Centre editing the original competition post. This protects entrants against contacting or sharing information with those Xmas Scrooge's that start spoof accounts.
Winners must contact The Snow Centre via direct message on the relevant social media platform to claim their prize within a reasonable timeframe.

Prizes
Prizes may include digital items (such as vouchers) or physical items (such as equipment).
Physical prizes may either be sent to the winner or collected from The Snow Centre Hemel Hempstead or Manchester, as agreed with the winner.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

Disqualification
The Snow Centre reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions
Uses fake accounts, bots, or automated methods
Attempts to manipulate, abuse, or undermine the fairness of the competition
Submits inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content

Data Protection
No personal data will be collected or stored for marketing or any other purpose.
Any information provided by winners will only be used to fulfil prize delivery or collection.

The Snow Centre reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

The prize holiday is valid for travel between 4 Jan 2026 – 22 March 2026 and excludes departure date 15 February 2026. Requested travel dates and selected accommodation are subject to availability, not combinable with any offers. This prize is non-transferrable and there is no cash alternative. Neilson reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value. Any changes to passenger names and/or date of travel will carry an admin fee. Must be booked by 12th January 2026.
