The perfect slope is coming.

The perfect slope, the perfect snow, the perfect location. Welcome to Hemel Hempstead, soon to be Britain's premier indoor snow sports destination. Opening in April 2009 ‘The Snowcentre’ will recreate alpine conditions every skier and boarder dreams of with a huge 160m main slope and 100m lesson slope, both over 30m wide and both maintained with the perfect snow surface.

More than snow.

As well as providing the perfect slope, we'll show you how to get the most from it. Our fully trained and accredited instructors and coaches provide a whole range of lessons ranging from the beginner to refining your skills and pushing them even further. We haven't forgotten about après ski either, as well as a large Snow and Rock retail store you'll also find our main restaurant, bars and cafès with panoramic views over the slopes.

When, when, when?

The progress remains on schedule with the internal work well underway. The main wall insulation cladding is being applied as is the massive panoramic alpine view murals around the entire internal snow area. First snow fall is only 4 months away!  See Progress Here
